A fintech company is seeking a People Partner for their
Technical Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise and influence senior and/or executive leaders
Create and execute a people strategy aligned with business
goals
Coach and develop managers
Qualifications:
5+ years of HR experience
Experience as an HRBP in a technology sector company
High agility and willingness to change and adapt
Expertise in building relationships based on trust with leaders at
all levels
A deep sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse
groups of people
