Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and support to a distributed software
organization in an agile environment
Oversee the execution of concurrent software development projects
and ensure project deadlines are met with quality
Hire, train, mentor, and manage the performance of software
developers and quality automation engineers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline or equivalent work
experience
5+ years of experience in an Agile environment
2+ years of experience managing multiple geographically diverse
software engineering teams in enterprise level environments
Proven software engineering experience
Experience with Ruby (rails), React, SQL, and relational
databases
