Job Description:
SLAIT Consulting is currently seeking a T1 Help Desk Analyst in
the Virginia Beach, VA area.
Previous experience in an IT Help Desk preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Requirements:
*Good customer service skills
*Network Plus
*Strong IT Skills in Microsoft/VPNs/email/remote desktop
*Previous Help Desk Experience
**Shift work is required
