About the Firm: A mid-sized, full-service firm offering a strong presence in both transactional and litigation matters across various industries. What We’re Looking For: A J.D. from an accredited law school Active Virginia State Bar license At least 3 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions Proficiency in acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently Why Join?
