Exceptional opportunity is available for a skilled Orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon to join a growing private practice in coastal Virginia. This is an ideal role for a physician looking to build a specialized shoulder practice while eventually transitioning to 100% shoulder surgery. The position offers a partnership track with significant earning potential and the chance to step into a practice with a solid foundation, replacing a partner who is preparing for retirement in the next two years. Initially take on General Orthopedic cases, gradually building a practice dedicated entirely to shoulder care. Collaborate with a team of six Orthopedic Surgeons and six Pain Management specialists to provide comprehensive care. Participate in a shared 1:5 call rotation (no trauma center call). The first two years include a guaranteed salary with performance-based bonuses, ensuring financial growth as you establish your practice. As a partner, earning potential reaches up to $1.2 million annually, based on production and practice growth. The practice includes an owned ASC unit and real estate holdings, offering the latest technology to support both patient care and your professional success.
