In this position you will serve as a technical requirements analyst supporting projects to develop, advance, and maintain a data science capability to include the client's data lake, data tools, and applications.--The data science capability will enable the Army's Training and Doctrine Command to rapidly acquire relevant open source information, operational data, and exercise data to present complex training scenarios to prepare the force for future operational environments.--You'll work closely with the customer to understand their needs and help them dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll mentor teammates and work with the government to ensure effective planning and execution of their data science projects. Empower change with us. You have: -3+ years of experience with managing data science or analytic projects -Experience with requirements analysis, cost analysis, and feasibility analysis -Experience with technical writing and editing, organization, and critical thinking -Experience with writing use cases and user stories -Experience with engaging stakeholders on technical projects -Experience with leading a team, planning individual efforts, and following through to completion -Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests -BS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, CS, or Engineering Nice if you have: -Experience with programming languages, including Python or R -Experience with creating visualizations and models with commercial software, including PowerBI -Experience with programmatically processing source data in various formats, including SQL Databases, Raw CSVs, and streamed data sources -Experience in working with and processing data from data streaming source, including Apache Kafka -Experience with Azure cloud services -TS/SCI clearance -MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, CS, or Engineering -Project Management Professional Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
