Job Description:
- Assist in managing TMRWLive! Events
- Attend and contribute at weekly event planning meetings
- Good communication and regular meeting schedules with vendors
- Manage event details such as decor, catering, and attendee
gifts
- Occasional event errands
- Other event related duties as assigned
**As we're looking for an ideal fit, our personal assistant intern
will possess:**
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Critical thinking, analytical, & problem solving skills
- Ease working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects under
pressure
- Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- A quiet home work environment, with equipment that includes:
- Computer
- Cell phone
- High-speed internet
