  • Properly sets up and resets meeting rooms per specifications, including tables, chairs and audio visual equipment for a variety of events
  • Maintains organization and cleanliness of meeting space rooms, equipment and storage spaces
  • Provides courteous and professional services at all times
  • Properly moves and stores equipment such as tables, chairs, and lecterns as required
  • Assists with audio visual and other technical meeting services
  • Able to lift and maneuver heavy items (max 50lbs)
  • Practice safe and effective methods of work, use of equipment and tools
  • Provides support to catering staff
  • Performs other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent and basic proficiency using a computer to retrieve set-up documentation via email is required; superior customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with a high sense of initiative.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to read, write, and speak proper English; ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to lift, carry, and move large, heavy items on a regular basis up to a maximum of 50 pounds.Williamsburg Landing is a non-profit, independent community offering a vibrant lifestyle for residents.Apply Online at .EOE/Tobacco Free/Drug Free#pm20
