Responsible for the overall management of licensing agreements with various artists, including oversight of the contracting/licensing process, processing addendums to add and remove artwork on an as-needed basis, maintaining a database of applicable copyright and royalty information, etc. Apply for and manage the annual renewal of required state law label registrations associated with the company's various bedding and pillow products Administrative duties as assignedSkills and Competencies

Detail oriented
Critical thinking
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be able to multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skillsQualifications
- 2 years of contract negotiation and interpretation preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or closely related fieldor equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Requirements
  - Sitting, Standing, Walking
  - Lifting, raising or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling)
  - Carrying, pushing or pulling office items up to 10 lbs.
  - Prolonged use of computer involved; use of hands and finger coordination; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision. Color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
