Job Description:

The Park Quality Supervisor is responsible for:Supervise and develop an assistant business unit supervisor and the grounds maintenance team. Primary focus is to maximize park presentation through efficiency and effectiveness of work while fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Common tasks for grounds maintenance include: general cleaning, pressure washing, hosing down, sweeping, blow-pack blowing, and miscellaneous grounds maintenance.Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, small engine use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.Responsible for team member compliance and developmentCoordinate park cleaning schedule with other departments to satisfy work requests and minimize disruption of operation.Assist with other duties as needed.Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:Must have minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, Water Country USA grounds maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of pressure washing application and small engine use preferredExcellent communication skillsHigh School Diploma/GEDValid drivers license
