Williamsburg, VA.Job Requirements:
- Experience instead of degree with 4 years of Human Resources
Experience12 months of HR Experience or 6 monthsER experience (to
include Sentara HR Shared Services experience)Provides Employee
Relations support to ER Team Members, Leaders, and Team Members in
assigned Division to promote and maintain positive employee
relations. Makes recommendations to ensure practices are consistent
with applicable laws and Sentara policies. Maintains ongoing
processes in support of the ER team. Assists with investigations of
complaints to identify and resolve concerns while reducing the risk
of legal action. Identifies situations that could impact Sentara's
Philosophy on third-party representation. Maintains timely and
complete documentation of ER matters. Consistently delivers a high
caliber of professional work to achieve a high level of customer
