Muhlbauer, Inc is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant, Sales to coordinate travel arrangements and manage other administrative human resources tasks.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Maintain CRM system (inputting new clients, updating existing data, uploading documents, etc.)
  
• Formatting of quotes
  
• File maintenance and organization
  
• Assistance with travel arrangements
  Education and Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or an equivalent
    
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    
  • Experience in an administrative role
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication and basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) skills
    
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
    
  • Ability to problem solve
