  • Experience instead of degree with 4 years of Human Resources Experience
  • 12 months of HR Experience or 6 months Employee relations experienceProvides Employee Relations support to Employee Relations Team Members, Leaders, and Team Members in assigned Division to promote and maintain positive employee relations. Makes recommendations to ensure practices are consistent with applicable laws and Sentara policies. Maintains ongoing processes in support of the team. Assists with investigations of complaints to identify and resolve concerns while reducing the risk of legal action. Identifies situations that could impact Sentara's Philosophy on third-party representation. Maintains timely and complete documentation of employee relations matters.
