Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Strategist to develop
and manage client relationships, drive client value and success,
and act as a trusted advisor for marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain
favorable relationships
Lead the timely and successful delivery of client solutions
Liaise between clients and the rest of the team to ensure client
needs are met
Qualifications:
Solid background in demand generation or marketing operations
Expertise in Marketo and similar platforms like Salesforce
Experience in data hygiene and marketing and sales analytics
Minimum Associate degree (2 years) in Marketing or Technology
related field
7+ years of marketing/demand generation experience
