A company is looking for a Senior IT Learning Design
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with business leaders to align priorities and design
skilling programs for IT associates
Develop learning content and evaluate solutions to improve learner
experience and performance
Create strong partnerships with the business and collaborate with
subject matter experts to gather and review information and
content
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of experience working in a learning design role
Prior experience leading learning project teams and developing
interactive eLearning content
Quickly learns new technologies and comfortable working in a highly
technical environment
