Job Description:
A company is looking for an EMS Enrollment Coach II who will be
responsible for all aspects of the student recruitment process for
client institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large database of prospective student inquiries, handling
100+ calls per day at times
Engage in conversations with prospective students to identify their
interests and provide detailed program information
Manage the recruitment pipeline, including interviewing prospective
students and assisting with document collection
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales position
Understanding of the consultative sales process and exceptional
conversation skills
