Member Service Guide Supervisor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Member Service Guide Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Member Service Guides, providing coaching and training to exceed member expectations and achieve goals
Analyze data trends and close performance gaps to ensure established service levels are met
Create a transparent team culture, exchanging both positive and critical feedback on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

Previous people management experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer-facing and management work experience
Ability to work in a startup, fast-paced environment
Health insurance experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage
Bilingual in English and either Creole or Spanish is a plus
