Licensing and Credentialing Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensing and Credentialing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor the licensing process for clinical providers
Coordinate and maintain accurate data in the licensing database
Support the credentialing process for clinical providers

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in licensing and credentialing preferred
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours or equivalent experience
NAMSS Certification as a Certified Professional Medical Services Manager (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentials Specialist (CPCS) preferred
Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements
Knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards
