global environment.Position SummaryResponsible for operation of
process lines. Maintains adequate line side supply of parts and
materials, monitors process, and maintains optimal equipment
functionality. Performs troubleshooting, minor repairs and
maintenance to maximize line up-time. Responsibilities- Coordinates
process line start-up and shutdown functions (e.g., setting-up
equipment, testing, loading, cleaning) and daily activities with
process personnel.- Performs troubleshooting, repairs and
maintenance (e.g., changes belts and parts, adjust or replace
sensors, adjusts parts) on multiple process lines to maximize line
performance.- Coordinates with other technicians, inspectors, and
support members process personnel and/or inspectors to ensure that
process lines and inspection stations are covered (e.g., fills in,
assigns personnel) in the case of absences to ensure maximum
performance.- Performs manual operations of the process for trouble
shooting, process evaluation, calibration, or training.- Ensures
accuracy and completion of shift paperwork completed by other
process personnel. Completes end-of shift documentation and submits
to supervisor.- Disassemble and reassembles injection heads to
perform injection head maintenance.- Enters data and parameters
into process line equipment once per day to ensure that machine
operates at optimal levels.- Performs mold changeover according to
molding schedule. Operates mold change tools. - Completes daily and
weekly machine PM. - Monitors process for quality control. -
Troubleshoots equipment problems and performs minor equipment
repair and part changing. Adjusts machine process to changing
variables. Assists Tool Technician with in-press tool PM.**Shift is
variable: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am ** QualificationsPLEASE NOTE:We comply

diploma or GED and some process operations or related manufacturing
experience preferred.- Must be able to read and follow work
