BECO is seeking a Leasing Consultant -for our community 700 -Acqua Luxury Apartments -in Newport News, VA! Our Leasing -Consultants -are an integral -part of our Property Management teams. They are the first impression prospective residents have of our community and are responsible for creating excitement about calling the community home. Tour prospects, market units, and lease apartments as necessary - must be a strong salesperson!Work with maintenance staff and meet with vendorsResponsible for GREAT resident relations and customer serviceInspect property on a regular basis - curb appeal is vitalAssist Management -with duties as assignedAre you what were looking for?
