  Electrical Engineer II
  JHNA is currently sourcing for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our growing Fort Eustis team.
  This role is part of a bid and proposal effort with a "start work" timeframe of early 2023.The candidate will be supporting our Army Aviation government customer at Fort Eustis This initiative will provide mechanical design, electrical design, and drafting support leading to multiple aviation systems Technical Data Packages (TDP) suitable for prototype, full production and special mission hardware. All designs shall be accomplished using Parametric Technology Pro-Engineer/CREO and CREO Schematics CAD software. This position will require on-site support at Fort Eustis, VA.
  Roles/Responsibilities
  Provide engineering analysis and testing support, activities will include, but not limited to:
  System electrical design support, instrumentation electrical design, electrical loads analysis (ELA) of new systems, instrumentation, and organic airframes and its sub-systems, electrical testing (EMC/EMI) support, laboratory/bench test development and testing producing ELA reports suitable for airworthiness approval, and supporting flight testing by developing instrumentation plans and interpreting flight test data.

    Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

    Minimum Education: Associates Degree AND CAD Certification
    
    
  • 
    Minimum Experience: 3 years
    
    
  • 
    Current on computer aided Finite Element Analysis software and Windchill Data Base systems
