Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers, resolving non-technical inquiries and providing technical troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services
Act as the technical interface for customers, OEMs, and VARs, resolving problems related to the installation and use of Oracle products
Research and develop solutions to customer issues, independently completing assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Fusion Applications
Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database, and Java APIs
Proven success in a team-oriented environment and desire to work for an IT industry leader
Ability to read and analyze programming languages at a code level, troubleshoot platform performance issues, and resolve inter-server communication issues
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical issues reported by customers
