Position Description: Multiband Global is seeking Internet Installer Technicians to join our growing AND expanding Fiber Optics team. In this role, you will be installing fiber in customers' homes or businesses and setting up Wi-Fi equipment, while providing excellent customer service. Applicants will be trained for in-home installations. Multiband Global provided a company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms!Responsibilities

• Customer-facing daily with meeting daily appointments Installation and troubleshooting of fiber
• Serve as customer resources for product and service recommendations that meet the customer's needs
• Meeting goals for installations
• Being professional and courteous to clients
• Maintaining accurate inventory
• Required to travel within county areas Position Requirements:
  • Must be able to work with basic tools: 28 extension ladders, drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
  • 1-2 years of intrusion alarm, low-voltage, construction or similar experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of smartphones and tablets
  • Ability to work proficiently unsupervised
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, clean driving record, and drug screening
  • All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift to 50 lbs
