Job Description:

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Help Desk Technical Support.

Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 06+ Months
Location: Newport News, VA

As a Help Desk Technical Support, you will:
- Resolve technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems. Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
- May route calls to product line specialists.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
- AA or other 2-year technical degree in related discipline and experience.
- Equivalency: Associate degree and related experience. A relevant professional certification can be substituted for an associate degree.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 
  
• Experience supporting many applications including MS Office products, ServiceNow, O365, VPN apps and many other business and engineering applications.
  
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows clients.

  PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
  Pay Range*: $20 - $22 per hour.
  *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
