Job Description:
Job Duties and Essential Functions:
--- Develop and document the standard data reporting processes to
ensure compliance with specific Ferguson policies and SOPs.
--- Coordinate with other team members on report enhancements and
modifications.
--- Research existing data sources to contribute to identification
and correction of policy and SOP compliance failures and make
recommendations for data quality and policy/SOP compliance
initiatives.
--- Provide guidance to field managers on how to address policy/SOP
non-compliance.
--- Maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit integrity in all
work practices.
--- Perform root cause analysis when non-compliance or inaccuracies
occur to provide appropriate resolution and remedies.
--- Perform periodic data quality reviews on data.
--- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, see opportunities
for process optimization and submit ideas to leadership.
--- Maintain and/or test solutions that streamline repetitive
processes and improve efficiencies such as automated reporting,
Excel tools, data profiling tools, etc.
--- Maintain complete documentation and instructions for all the
features of reports, tools, and templates.

Education:
--- Bachelor's Degree in a business field or 2-3 years equivalent
work experience required.
Professional Skills:
--- Previous HR experience with manager consulting and/or
corrective action processes preferred.
--- Proficiency in Excel required (V lookups, Pivot Tables,
etc.).
--- Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, critical
metrics, and scorecards preferred.
--- Exhibits basic data mining skills.
--- Communication- giving and/or receiving written and verbal
communication.
--- Using a computer keyboard and mouse to create letters,
memoranda, and reports.
Physical Location: Newport News Comments for Suppliers: Typical
workweek M-F 8:00am to 5:00 with some flexibility
1-hour unpaid lunch
