plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of
the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary
in maintaining the physical structures, H.V.A.C., mechanical,
electrical systems, utilities and grounds in a safe working
condition.The Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for
administering labor and material controls, for training of
maintenance personnel in safety and for effective management
practices. Contribute to the success of the operating center
through effective work coordination, management of resources and
participation in goal accomplishment.All licenses, certifications
or registrations must be maintained in area of
specialtyEducation
- Associate Level Degree (Required)Certification/Licensure
- VA or NC Drivers License/licensure requirements
- must be in good standingExperience
- Project Management Experience minimum 4 years
- Supervisory Experience minimum 4 years
- Prior experience Facilities/Maintenance, Management or at a
