Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support Seasonal
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Sales Support Representatives to achieve key
performance metrics and create a positive customer experience
Coach and guide representatives in assisting customers with
Medicare-related questions and introducing them to licensed
insurance agents
Contribute to the development of sales goals and objectives, and
analyze and report on sales activity and results
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably
in a call center environment
Availability to work an assigned shift from 6:00AM to 6:00PM PST
Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work
High-speed hardwired internet connection with 10 Mbps download and
5 Mbps upload
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Microsoft Office programs, and
contact management software
High School Diploma & GED or equivalent experience
