started. Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an
OR/PACU RN to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Stony
Point, Virginia . Schedule: Three days per week (varies), one
weekend per month and two holidays per year, between 6:30 AM to
2:30 PM This role provides the opportunity to grow within a
nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected

OR/PACU RN will: Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify
patient care problems, formulate patient care plans Perform initial
preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the
subsequent phases of surgery Provide comfort measures and
psychological support to the patient and family members Demonstrate
proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types
of anesthesia or conscious sedation Administer medications by
direct intravenous and other routes as directed Provide patient
education What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who
bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to

excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and
Skills Include: Active RN license Current BLS and ACLS
certification 2-3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure
Room or PACU experience strongly preferred Strong technical and
clinical assessment skills Ability to access, input, and retrieve
information from a computer Ability to work independently and
demonstrate good judgment Ability to communicate accurately and
