Category Contractors Description Summary:Yorktown systems Group is seeking highly qualified TEFOR PD - TEFOR Analyst and Technical Integration Lead to provide professional services and support to the TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2) Operational Environment (OE) and Core Functions. The Operational Environment (OE) is a composite of the conditions, circumstances, and influences that affect the employment of military forces and bear on the decisions of the unit commander. As an organic, complex system, the OE provides the common framework in which warfighting programs and strategies are conceived, defined, and executed. It is a living foundation in which choices made, by adversary and allies alike, affect the outcome of the future which must be accounted for. As adversary's asymmetrical approach to warfare continues to generate greater complexity and flexibility, the government's requirement for similar complexity and adaptability in Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) escalates correspondingly.TRADOC Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2)'s mission is to understand, visualize, describe, deliver & assess the OE in order to reduce risk and prevent surprise; today and into the future 2035+. TRADOC G-2 is the designated Lead for Core Function #13 Operational Environment; the process of developing, verifying, validating, accrediting, and providing OE products and services represents an authoritative, validated OE contextual baseline for TRADOC users and operational forces in the areas of training and training development; education; leader development; concept and doctrine development; and capabilities development, integration, and evaluation.Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to the TEFOR Director for Threat Emulation activities within simulation-based wargaming and experimentation.
• Work within both the Concepts and Experimentation communities of practice (COP) to support planning, coordination, execution, and learning analysis. COP includes: CDLD, CoE Battle Labs, CDIDs, and TRADOC G27 ACE Threats. Serve as a TEFOR Subject Matter Expert and Tech Lead applying threat tactics and capabilities in simulation-based experiments and wargames, responsible for the technical integration of threat organization representations for ARCIC simulation-based experiments and wargames.
• Advise Director TEFOR on all technical integration requirements and suspenses; and of any personnel support requirements needed to fulfill TEFOR support missions in order to ensure a modernized OE and threat (including threat capabilities and technologies) are represented in experimentation and wargaming scenarios.
• Participate SIMEXp related Working Groups across the Community of Practice. These may include, but are not limited to Scenario, Technical, Terrain, EW, C2 and FORCEBUILDER.
• Support development of the Threat WMSEL required for AMSAA Data Request. This is done in coordination with ACE Threats and typically occurs annually in October. This was previously been ACE Threats responsibility.
• Review AMSAA Target Pairing data based on WMSEL Submissions. There are two cycles of review and rebuttal (typically in December and January). This updates the annual WMSEL submission as the scenario is refined and platforms / new technologies are added.
• Attend planning conferences and technical working groups scheduled throughout the year. The primary purpose is to synchronize the technical and tactical capabilities with current realities or future projections.
• Develop the Threat OneSAF ORBAT using the FORCEBUILDER Program. JAMSD builds the OneSAF entities for the SIMEXp using the AMSAA data and FORCEBUILDER (a program that develops the ORBAT using the approved OneSAF entities). The primary input for this is the Scenario Order of Battle normally developed by ACE Threats. Changes to the Scenario Order of Battle must be accounted for in the SIMEXp ORBAT or documented as experimentation shortfalls.
• Perform function checks of both entities and munitions before Spiral Integration and Testing, to identify gaps in OE instantiation that could affect experimentation and learning.
• Participate in the Spiral Integration and Testing process. From the OE Lab (or where designated), support SIMEXp Federation testing and integration Spirals and MINI-EX events where OneSAF entities are validated and verified in the federated simulations environment.
• Act as the OneSAF primary trainer for TEFOR.
• Familiarize and gain proficiency with, WARSIM, JCATs or other simulations TEFOR is directed to useRequired Qualifications:
