Department of Computer Science at Norfolk State University is
seeking applications for a 9-month tenure-track Computer Science
position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor to begin
in August 2025. Applications will be accepted until the position is
filled. RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include teaching graduate, and
undergraduate courses, advising and mentoring undergraduate and
graduate students; developing curricula; serving on departmental,
school, and university committees; performing appropriate scholarly
and service activities; obtaining external funding and conducting
research in computer science, cybersecurity or artificial

Skillset and background to teach a wide range of computer science
